$6200 Complete Bath Upgrade
This month, were offering a complete economy bath upgrade for just a little more than what you would expect to pay for a simple tub and shower refinish. This package deal will give you the beautiful and comfortable bath you have always wanted without the high price tag. All of the materials are of top quality brand names we know and trust enough to give it our two year warranty.
Here's what you get:
We will remove your existing bath tub and surround, install a 30x 60 Swanstone 3 piece or 5 piece surround with a new tub, a new Kohler Fairfax shower valve and tub spout in chrome, a new vanity up to 36 inches, Rsi, Avalon in Java topped off with a white cultured marble top and a Kohler Fairfax single lever faucet also in chrome. Above the vanity we will install an RSI mirror also in Java along with installing a new light fixture. We will also install a new vinyl floor and top that off with a new Kohler Wellworth toilet. All painting is included as is new base trim. New shut off valves for the toilet, and the vanity are included as are new water supply lines. With the price were offering for this package deal, you can afford a beautiful new bath that will last for years to come.
Restrictions: Current tub must be 30x 60 inches, floor tile removal additional, painting is one color walls, one color ceiling, relocating light fixtures additional, relocating any bath fixtures not included, bath fan not included, replacing or up grading outlets not included, offer applies to bathrooms no more than 35 square feet, additional square footage will be slightly higher, removal of shelving in closets for painting is slightly higher, must be within 20 miles of Monrovia Maryland. If customer chooses to substitute fixtures, the estimate will be adjusted from advertised price. Cost of vinyl flooring is not included. Aggregate colors for swanstone slightly higher. Optional trim for Swanstone shower edging optional but not included.
